1. What we collect
When you purchase StageGrid, we collect your name, email address, and payment information (processed by Stripe — we never see or store your card details). When you activate the software, we store a machine identifier tied to your licence to enforce activation limits.
2. How we use it
Your email is used to deliver your licence serial number and to send important account or product notices. If you subscribe to our newsletter, we'll send occasional product updates — you can unsubscribe at any time.
3. Third parties
Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not sell your data to third parties. Service providers we use to run StageGrid (hosting, email delivery) may process your data solely to provide those services.
4. Your rights
You can request a copy of the data we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, by contacting support@stagegrid.ai.
