Terms of Service
1. Licence
Purchasing StageGrid grants you a licence to install and use the software on up to the number of machines specified by your plan. The licence is per-user, non-transferable except as permitted by these terms, and does not include resale or redistribution rights.
2. Updates
Each licence includes a period of software updates as specified by your plan. After that period, the software continues to function but no longer receives updates until renewed.
3. Refunds
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase. Contact support@stagegrid.ai to request a refund.
4. Acceptable use
You may not reverse engineer, redistribute, or attempt to circumvent the licensing system of StageGrid, except where such restriction is prohibited by law.
5. Liability
StageGrid is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the software.
